for an afternoon of Meditations , Communion and Ceremonial Dance to honor the gates of Solsitce ....with the earth and her elements and plant spirits and a circle of amazing women !

Coming into Harmony with the Elements and our Elemental Selves

We will teach and practice the Elemental Breaths and the Sacred symbol Map

As well as work with some introductions to Shamanic journeying with the earth through sound , movement and drumming .

These practices are...

- simple and potent ways to smooth out your nervous system

- become present in a way that opens you to see and hear natures yogic and movement teachings that deepen our connection and awareness of the healing transmissions of the elements;

- As well as Align our body in geometry with the energy around us for a dance experience that is a deeply embodied, interconnected , guided, moving prayer.

These teachings come from... my many years in communion with nature with my yoga trainings in hatha and kundalini yoga , south indian temple dance and my ceremonial trainings in the US, India and Guatemala as well as my training in the Shamanic arts for the past 10 years . I must always go back to the earth with whatever I learn and ask her to clarify and deepen it for me - and with out fail she does over and over again . Establishing this relationship with nature and using her tools and practices have served and delighted my life so deeply I simply must share them.

Come for this 3 hour taste of divine play and peace !
