This New Moon You are invited to share in the balancing act of the sprouting spring.

As we take time to rest and reflect , share and play .

Fertile ground within us with each joy, with each challenge .

What is the collective wisdom that is emerging

... we all have a piece of the brilliance and voice of spring .

This night will honor delicious solitude in the company of our sisters then unfold into shamanic ritual theater to invite your voice , your truth , your brilliance to emerge and make a conscious step into the river of spring with the support of your sisters.

As always you are welcome to go at your personal pace and comfort.

Start off your spring with a deep connect inward to your creative center and renewal Dance celebration with a circle of women.

through the return to our womb center and the contractions of our body we are re-birthed again and again .

W.o.m.b. Dance is a day dedicated to deep listening and celebration with Asana, Dance , Sound , Womb Massage and Shamanic Ritual that invites and guides the unfolding of Your story, Your intuitive wisdom, Your Sensual, Sexual, Self, Your experience of pleasure.

Women’s Dance, cross culturally has connected women to their bodies , their power and each other ...

Join us and learn more about these traditions and keep it a Living Tradition.

This Workshop will be a gateway for those interested in the month long immersion into the deep dance of our sexuality with council, embodiment practices, private healing sessions, and Spring Ritual . This will be an intimate circle of up to 10 women only.

We will be  holding Vigil at Starhouse in Boulder Co. by donation  at 7pm Feb.2  

if you are in the area you are welcome to join us or connect in energetically with us on Thurs. the 1st  at 7 pm with the Ritual Below .

I personally work with the quarters ( solstices and equinoxes) and cross quarters ( Imbolc , Beltane, Lammas , and Halloween) Metaphorically as thresholds and vortexes throughout the year to pause, notice, clarify and re-center along the turning of the year .

What is IMBOLC: This threshold marks the sun's growing strength. And with the Sun's growing strength we have the opportunity to intend for our strength to grow too- physically , energetically and emotionally, and devotionally. Imbolc is a time of initiation ... and redidication ...gathering the seeds for this years harvest .... What preparations need to be started to set your visions in motions for this year ? Now is the time ....We start today with this Ritual to consider and listen to what is next for us to bring our chosen visions in to the growing light each day !

How to Join in the Ritual :

Read and follow the steps for the Ritual Below in your own way .

Allow your intuition and inspiration to guide you -

Allow integration time then return here to share your experience and read other women's stories of theirs! 

1 PREP : find 15 or 20 minutes for yourself a candle , a bowl of water , some everygreens and some string

2 CREATE A CIRCLE: - with rocks in an open room or on your bed with some yarn or just in your imagination wherever you choose to sit .

3 SET CENTER : set your bowl , the greens and string and vision board at the center .

4 FEEL: Feel which side of the circle calls to you... sit down and center yourself between heaven and earth, feel your self held and supported within the circle .

5 INVOKE : Ask in a whisper for who or what you call to for support and guidance -

6 MEDITATE: Look at your vision board, than slowly let your eyes close and meditate for the amount of time that serves you and your life - this can be 5 minutes or 30 minutes - Set the intention to recieve the knowing of which visions are true for this moment now, what is the clear first steps to set these visions in motion as well as secure your health for this next season .

7 RECIEVE : take a deep breath to finish , slowly open your eyes , retrieve the bowl of water ...time for the water offering ... while holding the bowl in one hand use your other hand to dip into the water ANOINT YOUR SELF FIRST THAN sprinkle the circle as your walk the edge of the cirlce.

- sprinkle this water as the nourishment and grace you need for setting your visions and health in motion - watch it sprinkle down on to the ground of your circle imagine it being absorbed by you and your visions .

8 BECOME : As you sprinkle - speak alloud these words if they feel true to you - or come up with words that are aligned for you ..." i am loved and supported . i am open to receiveing this support and guidance now "

9 GROUND : Place the bowl down at the center again - sit in your spot and just recieve for a moment. Return to feeling the earth supporting you. Feel your place between heaven and earth feel  and allow this initiation to take root in your being .

10 CREATE: We conclude with a Celtic Imbolc tradition of making and Imbolc doll. Traditionally made of the dried grains and grasses from last years harves I also fin d that  ever green in this region works good too.  Gather your evergreen and  string to create your Imbolc doll - a very simple doll that holds the intentions and clarity of this ceremony and place her somewhere she can remind you each day of what you have initiated and dedicated this next season to . She represents your light that is growing stronger , the reminder that you are supported and on the path to manifesting the visions that are ripe and in service to you and the planet .

As you make her use your voice to speak intentions into her , or simply chant OM or you favorite song (  this doll can be as simple or as elaborate as you are inspired to create )

New Moon 2012

Join us in honoring the ancient practice of new moon sisterhood and self care .

Below is a visioning practice and themes we will be contemplating here in the Boulder circle . Remember the new moons are a time to make time to honor our bodies and be available to the wisdom that lives beyond the rational mind!

New Moon January 2012 : Visioning and Truthtelling

We still sit within the cave of winter ... peering out to the light of a new year. There are naked trees speckled with nests . The squirrels diligently continue to unearth seeds and nuts . There is a stillness humming around us in the cold air. The cold wind stirring our minds making us a bit more brittle.

What can we do this January moon to create a softening flexibility , to warm our bones , and relax our mind into vision time ?

- Take a sip of warm nourishing tea

- Take a few deep breaths, enjoy the expansion and contraction of you ribs and belly .

- Unfetter your mind, breath out and remember you are all things and no thing in this moment .

- Place you finger on your third eye ... take a breath in , Remember Divine intelligence flows through you .

- Call out the wisdom that lives deep in your bones- deep in your minds dreaming center .

- Look out ... see the opening of the cave and like a private showing of theater , see before you the vision of 2012 . The actions , dreams and new ideas that will align and support your personal mission . Your part of the collective vision of the unfolding paradigms to piece together with your people.

- Just let these visions be awakened and reviewed till right action and strategy effortlessly arrives . Be patient like the roaming deer of winter . They will come . perhaps tomorrow or next month , they will come . We only need to know the next clear step ...

- Take time to journal ...

Perhaps close your night with a warm bath and a candle.

- Be at peace and know many woman hold you close within the circle this night .

New Moon ! New Structure !

(IF you are interested in coming to a new moon circle this year ...

please take the time to read 2012 New Moon intentions and changes ! )

For 2012 new moons will be by donation . Pay what is true for you . Do not let finances keep you from the circle at the same time do your part to serve our circle and our shared intentions of supporting womens nourishment and culture by offering what you can .

I began womens work because I feel women are a major resource to support the earths healing at this time . I took on womans culture as a priority in my own life for my own personal growth and centering . As my life felt more and more supported by circles of women I vowed to work in service of womes culture as what I can do to serve our planets rise to unity .

My hope is that this new moon circle will inspire women to co-create ritual and circles more naturally in their lives for the deepening of meaning , reception and support they long for .

With this circle held as a place to return to again and again for inspiration and support of this practice.

After the venue is paid for, the remaining money gathered will be put into a fund to support our women's community here in Boulder and global outreach . The first $100 gathered will go to a women of need in our community to receive a healing treatment of her choice within our community . Any woman is welcome to put her name in this raffle as the women in need and anyone offering a healing modality is welcome to be listed as an option to choose from to receive the payment of $100 .

. Logistics for each moon:

- I will provide the venue , tea, theme and facilitation.

- 1 Assistant each month ( a woman who has worked closely with me in some capacity and wants to serve and practice womens circle and ritual holding , please contact me if you would like to be considered for this . This needs to be clarified a month in advance )

-4 WOMEN to sign up to bring a yummy treat to share with the circle ( I say 4 so no one is burdened by this - something simple )

- 4 WOMEN to step in to call in a direction each month ( please let me know when you rsvp if you are called to do this and which direction is calling you)

• *you are welcome to bring networking material to place on a table - DO NOT use this time or these women as a networking strategy . this is a time to relax outside of all the outer worlds pressures and stresses . I invite you to come and let roles and work go in this circle .
